Donna Duffy – Wedding Advisor
Hello, I’m Donna. Originally from Lancashire. I joined the award-winning wedding team over 9 years ago after amassing a wealth of experience in the catering industry. I am always delighted to help and assist couples in organising their special day. My personal touch and attention to detail are vital and each couple receives my undivided attention from their first enquiry right through to the day of their wedding. With a great interest in horticulture and interior design, I’m here to help you create a wedding that’s both stylish and elegant.
Stephen Johnston – Executive Head Chef
When I started here in 2007, I immediately set about raising the standards and presentation of our food. Originally from Dublin, I studied at the Institute of Technology Tallaght and gained valuable experience under the tutelage of Ross Lewis and Gareth Byrne in Chapter One Dublin. I then moved to New York where I worked in the award-winning Quiltys Restaurant in Soho for a number of years. I then joined the renowned Tribeca Grill owned by Robert De Niro. More recently, I worked in The Hodson Bay and City North Hotel before joining the team here in the Tullamore Court Hotel. If you have any special culinary requirements for your wedding, I’m here to help you get just what you’re after on your special day.
Dianna Soma – Head Pastry Chef
I came from Latvia to join the Tullamore Court Hotel team in 2006 and started as Chef de Partie in the pastry section. Realising my love and passion for all things pastry, I then went on to study Culinary Arts Pastry in Athlone Institute of Technology. It was here where I gained a wealth of experience. The training I received resulted in me becoming our Head Pastry Chef in 2009. I love jet skiing, so you know I like nothing more than a good challenge.
