Dianna Soma – Head Pastry Chef
I came from Latvia to join the Tullamore Court Hotel team in 2006 and started as Chef de Partie in the pastry section. Realising my love and passion for all things pastry, I then went on to study Culinary Arts Pastry in Athlone Institute of Technology. It was here where I gained a wealth of experience. The training I received resulted in me becoming our Head Pastry Chef in 2009. I love jet skiing, so you know I like nothing more than a good challenge. If you’re looking for something different for your dessert, just let me know.
