A friendly spot to relax with soup, sandwiches or snacks, over a wide selection of premium local and international beers, spirits and whiskeys.

The Brasserie

Relaxed all-day dining, inspired by the most authentic Irish produce and the ambiance of French bistros. We source our ingredients sustainably. We change our menus seasonally. We cook 100% homemade. We are The Brasserie.

Our food and our chefs are at the heart of everything we do at The Brasserie. Led by our Group Executive Chef, Stefan Matz, our team’s mission is to create dishes that make the finest of Ireland’s cuisine accessible to all. In creating The Brasserie, our team spent over twelve months researching and collaborating with suppliers, both in Offaly and around Ireland. The result is menus that strive to offer the very best of our island’s meat, fish, and produce, paired with exceptional cocktails.

Remarkable Irish food, served in stylish Brasseries, by passionate people.
