Yes. Reception is open 24 hours a day, so you can arrive late and still feel looked after.
Check in is available after 3.30pm on the day of arrival.
Check out is at 12 noon every day.
Online check in is available within 7 days prior to arrival. You will need your surname and reservation number, and you can prepay online. Terms and conditions apply and blackout dates may apply.
Yes. There are lifts, and the team can help with luggage.
Yes. There are 500 free car parking spaces across the hotel.
Breakfast is included for hotel guests, except if you book a room only rate. Breakfast is served in the restaurant:
Power adaptors are available from reception and are suitable for guests travelling from America or Europe.
Yes. If you tell us in advance, a cot can be provided free of charge.
Yes. Adult guests over 16 have complimentary access. Guests under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult. Children need to be out of the Fitness Club by 8.15pm.
Yes. There is a 20 metre indoor swimming pool, with a swimmers lane, water volcano, water curtain, and massage jets.
The main pool is 1.3 metres deep throughout. There is also a separate kiddies pool.
Yes. Lockers are provided. Personal items left behind are not the responsibility of the hotel.
