Stress Free and Fabulous
The service we received on making our initial enquiry was excellent and it was very reassuring that our ideas would be taken into account when making our plans.  Everything was set to run like clockwork and it ran perfectly.  Excellent is not a strong enough word to describe how friendly and helpful all the staff were to us. We felt that we got a brilliant deal and excellent value for money.  Bill was broken down so you could easily see what you were paying for. A great choice of menus and a good variety to meet special dietary needs are available. Nothing was too much trouble. We would both like to take this opportunity again to thank Philip, Niamh and Martin for making our day stress-free and fabulous.  We had a dream wedding and nothing was too much to ask. Thanks again.

Exemplary Service
The service from all staff was exemplary.  In particular Martin and James went beyond the call of duty to help us in the run up to the wedding especially on the day and we are very grateful for that.  We knew when we were booking our wedding in the Tullamore Court Hotel that we picked the best hotel in the Midlands. However we were overwhelmed by the fact that absolutely everything at the hotel went amazingly well.  We were inundated with comments after the wedding about the excellent day everyone had and how impressed everyone was with the hotel itself, the food and the service.

Attention to Detail
Both Kevin and I were thrilled when we walked into the banqueting suite. As soon as we saw the room we knew everything would be great.  Food was superb and service was excellent but most of all we have to praise Martin, he was fantastic on the day we first met and his attention to detail continued right through to our wedding day. We looked at numerous hotels but from the very beginning the Tullamore Court stood out 'Best Overall Package'. I have been to a lot of weddings but the service we received in the Tullamore Court was top class. And what made it that extra special for me was the staff, they are a credit and an added bonus to your hotel.

The Tullamore Court really helped make our day special. Even in the organising stage, they were professional and friendly which meant we never needed to stress or worry. Everybody commented on the fabulous food and service. We had a big wedding so maintaining that high standard for over 220 people is quite an achievement.

High Expectations Surpassed

Quality of Service
The quality of service of the Tullamore Court took a lot of the stress away from organising our wedding. As we were unusually having our wedding ceremony in the hotel, we were a little nervous of the ceremony having the same impact as traditional weddings, but the room was beautifully arranged and the staff could not have been more helpful.

Excellent Service
We really had a great day and are absolutely convinced that choosing the Tullamore Court for our wedding was the right decision. We were abroad whilst booking our wedding reception and it was really hassle free to organise. Everything was absolutely perfect on the day and all staff were extremely helpful. Our guests were really impressed too, we received so many positive comments on the quality of the food and as the meal makes such an impact on the enjoyment of a wedding we were delighted that it went so well. Staff Enthusiasm
The hotel staff couldn’t do enough for us, they offered to do things we hadn’t even thought about, they went well beyond the call of duty to ensure everything was perfect. Their enthusiasm was infectious. The menu was excellent and the food was the most exquisite we’ve ever tasted. We wish we lived in Ireland as we would definitely book more events in the hotel. We are coming back on our first anniversary to stay for 3 nights as a treat for us and celebrate our first anniversary in style.

The Difference is in the Detail
Having moved our wedding from another location because of service, we were probably more aware than other couples of just how bad things can be. However, our worries were over when we moved to the Tullamore Court. The service was beyond excellent. You even had a French waiter at the top table which went down a treat with our French guests, he was able to explain our Irish menus to them with ease. A million thanks to all the staff for making our day absolutely perfect.
