Tullamore is a superb parkland course, recognised as one of the best in the country; it provides a course of Championship standards to the discerning golfer.
Last year the Tullamore Golf Club was the proud host to the 2009 Irish Cup & Shields Finals in September. Originally designed by James Braid, the 6,500 yard course has been redesigned to the highest standard under the direction of Paddy Merrigan. An excellent drainage system ensures that the course is playable all year round. Set in mature parkland, the course has many picturesque views which are enhanced by clusters of oak, beech ad chestnut trees as well as stately avenues lending to a truly scenic setting and ensuring you will feel close to nature while exercising your golfing skills.
With the beautiful Slieve Blooms in the background and a lazy stream wandering its way through the course, you are certain to enjoy your round of golf at Tullamore.
