The Heritage

The Heritage at Killenard, just outside Portarlington, is a 72 par Championship course, and was co-designed by Seve Ballesteros and Jeff Howes.

Set in beautiful rolling countryside with the Slieve Bloom Mountains as a backdrop, the Heritage was also selected by Golf World as the number one best new golf course (parkland or links) 2005 in Ireland.

Five lakes and a stream, that meanders through the course brings water into play on 10 holes. 98 beautifully shaped bunkers and 7,000 trees adorn the landscape, which is very undulating without any climbing involved.

This championship golf course provides the most enjoyable experience for golfers of all standards.

A variety of trees allow the course to be played from 5747 to 7319 yards.
