The concept of a Fitness Bootcamp originated with our excellent team Darren Cuskelly, Colette Boland & Tanya O’Brien. Their ambition as a team was to spend a weekend with a group of individuals focusing on health and well being.
The objective for each attendee was to understand better the potential for their own fitness and embrace a more active life style going forward. All ambitions were realised and feedback was brilliant from 2010 weekends.
In 2011 the team can make the fitness bootcamp available for group bookings of 10 or more guests and build a bespoke weekend to suit any dynamic. If you would like to discuss this option, please contact leisure@tullamorecourthotel.ie or on 057 934 6666.

8.00pm – 10.00pm - Meet & Greet with fitness assessment & Bleep Test

Motivational Talk The leisure centre member of the year will talk to the group about his experience of losing 4.5 stone. He will discuss how getting fit, using the gym and the help and support of the leisure centre team helped him to achieve his weight loss goal.
All participants will receive an information pack
8.00am sharp Morning run in Tullamore Town Park (2.5k) from 10.00am Breakfast
12.00 noon - 1pm Pool Circuit (non swimmers can also partake). Will include Aerobic x 1 min LME (local muscle endurance)
1.30pm - 2.30pm - Break for lunch
2.30pm - 3.30pm Nutrition advice
3.30pm – 4.30pm Power Pilates (full body toning & back strength exercises) From 4.30pm Relaxation time in the sauna, steamroom or Jacuzzi. 6.00pm – 7.00pm Gym & Studio Based Circuit 5 minutes bike 5 minutes cross trainer 5 minutes rower 5 minutes treadmill 40 mins studio 8.00pm Dinner in the Windmill Restaurant
