Sandra Vaugh Ross and her reception team will be on hand to welcome you and your delegates on arrival and take care of your accommodation requirements and special requests.

Our Conference Manager, Eugene Martin is available throughout the day of your conference and is supported by a team of colleagues to ensure your meeting is a total success.

Working with the hotel since opening in 1997, Eugene has an in-depth understanding of the various requirements presented by organisers. His years of experience have enabled him to build a rapport with the many organisers he has met and regular clients are delighted in the knowledge that their exact requirements will be met each time they return.
