Within our state of the art leisure centre, we have a fully equipped gymnasium with plasma screen TV's, air-conditioning and refreshments. Catch up on the current events whilst working out to music on our cardiovascular and exercise equipment which includes:-

The Gymnasium at The Tullamore Court Hotel is a space where men and women can realise their physical, mental and spiritual balance in a well equipped environment and serviced by true fitness professionals. We run bespoke fitness weekends and sports team training on request.
After your work-out head to the sauna to ease those aching muscles or do a few laps in our heated in-door pool for an all-round work out. We have the largest steam room and sauna in Tullamore which can hold up to 20 people Whilst always busy, friendly and vibrant, our leisure centre retains a measure of privacy at all times and is open every day 7am - 10.15pm to allow maximum flexibility in any training schedule.
